Appointments

We are offering telephone consultations in the first instance.  Our patient advisers will ask you for some details so we can best direct you.  If you are asked to attend the practice, please wear a face covering if you can, ring the bell and wait for a patient adviser to become available.  You may need to wait in our vestibule until the clinician is free to see you.  Please maintain a safe distance from others whilst you wait.  If you have symptoms of persistent cough, fever or flu like illness, or a loss of smell or taste, please do not attend the practice.

We offer video consultations and, if appropriate for you, you will be given details on how to use this service.  See the video guide below for useful information on this.

Prescriptions

You should nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescriptions on your behalf.  We offer online reordering of repeat items.  Please ask a patient adviser for more details on setting this up for you.
