If the doctor decides to put you on the repeat prescribing system you will be issued with a computer slip giving details of your medication.
If you are unable to hand in your slip to the practice, you can do one of the following:
- Telephone the prescription line on 01382 443183 and leave a recorded message of your requirements.
- Use our online prescription service. You will need to register in person and bring ID. This will replace our current email service. The link to access the service is https://www.patient-services.co.uk/register.
Please use the designated repeat prescription line rather than calling reception staff, who are unable to take your repeat prescription over the telephone as this holds up the lines and may prevent access to an emergency call.
Please note: these methods are only for medications shown on your reorder slip. For anything else please contact reception on 01382 451100. We are unable to issue any early medication using the repeat prescribing system but reception staff will be able to advise you further should you need to order your medication early.
Repeat medication will be reviewed by a doctor at least once a year.
Please allow 48 working hours for prescriptions to be processed. If you are using a local pharmacy to collect the prescription, please allow 72 working hours.
