Physical activity that is right for you will help you feel better and improve your mood.  It's important to find something that you enjoy doing.  From walking to the shops to taking part in exercise classes, the list is endless.  You could involve family and friends in a walking group or swimming class.  Set yourself achievable goals and reward yourself with a trip to the cinema or a new purchase.
